Pick your operating system
Linux
Agent package — for servers, desktops, and Raspberry Pi targets. Extract the archive and run install-linux-agent.sh.
Windows
One installer file — double-click AIOR CONNECT.exe and complete the wizard. Desktop shortcut and uninstaller are created automatically.
Mac PKG: Download, double-click, and complete the installer. AIOR CONNECT appears in /Applications — open from Launchpad or Spotlight. Enter your WHMCS license key on first launch.
Linux: tar -xzf AIOR-CONNECT-linux-amd64.tar.gz && ./install-linux-agent.sh — starts as a systemd user service.
Windows: Download AIOR CONNECT.exe → double-click → complete the setup wizard. A Desktop shortcut is created; sign in, then Permissions → Start background service.
Mac: black screen or permission loop — run uninstall-mac.sh or wipe-mac-tcc-aior-ghosts.sh, then reinstall the PKG from this page.
Setup steps
Mac, Windows, or Linux — same flow
- 1 Run the installer — Mac PKG, Windows .exe or Linux package.
- 2 Open the app and enter your WHMCS license key. Order the Free plan from the market for a trial.
- 3 Install on remote machines too — every device can both connect and be connected to.
- 4 To connect: open Remote connect → enter the ID or pick from the list → remote desktop, SSH, and IDE.
Operator panel (optional)
- ✓ Sign in at /AiorPanel for licenses, device limits, and remote device list in the browser.
- ✓ Use the desktop app for day-to-day remote access — the panel is for administration and billing.
License is not asked during install — it is assigned automatically after sign-in. Paid key changes are done in AiorPanel.
